In 1994 SAP was looking to establish an Automotive practice. A small group of industry experts in Germany, who were very familiar with SAP, converged to form the first SAP Automotive partner, pmc (Products + Management Consulting). 4 years later a North America office was opened in Southfield, MI which was to become pmc America, Inc. CEO and President, Heiko Edelmann has grown pmc America, Inc. into a thriving business with customers in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Germany, and Japan. Since 1998 pmc has been providing Automotive suppliers with business process solutions to help transform and reinvigorate their business.
